STICKFIST
Effective date: 25 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game STICKFIST (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. STICKFIST is developed and published by YourTechGuys. By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information the App collects
STICKFIST does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
- Game data (stored on your device only): your settings and championship progress are saved locally on your device so the game can resume where you left off. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
- Advertising identifiers (via AdMob): to display ads, the Google AdMob service may access your device’s advertising ID and related technical information (such as general device type, coarse region, and ad interaction data). See “Advertising” below.
2. Advertising
STICKFIST shows ads through Google AdMob, part of Google. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent third party.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App shows a consent request (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before ads are initialised, so you can choose whether to allow personalised advertising. You can revisit these choices from the App’s Settings where available.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in your device settings, under Settings → Privacy → Ads (Android).
- How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Analytics
STICKFIST does not include a separate third-party analytics SDK. Limited, aggregated performance and crash information may be provided to us by Google Play as part of normal app distribution; this is governed by Google’s own policies and is not linked to your identity by us.
4. Children
STICKFIST is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the App serves advertising, it is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected for advertising is processed by Google AdMob / Google Play Services as described above. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
6. Data security and retention
Data transmitted for advertising is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Game data is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. As STICKFIST does not itself hold personal data about you, most such requests relating to advertising should be directed to Google, or exercised through your device’s ad settings and the in-app consent options.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, within the App or its store listing.
